What did you study and why?
Mechanical engineering – many reasons; My parents, I wanted to design cars, I have always been fascinated by machines and at school I excelled at maths and physics.
What was the most difficult experience as a PM in your first year of working?
Dealing with a difficult client and coming to terms with the industry jargon ā there are way too many acronyms.
What is your most rewarding experience in Aquila Projects?
Working on a massive state of the art Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) project for a blue-chip company.
What would be your ideal project assignment?
Having the opportunity to work on a turnkey renewable energy project.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Being registered as a professional PM/Engineer, managing my own consultancy, having completed a PhD and giving talks across the world.
What do you do in your spare time?
I’m a stand-up comedian and I perform wherever and whenever I can. I also enjoy writing and reading.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
Around 5, Iād say a fighter pilot (I was addicted to the movie top gun),
At about 9/10 I wanted to be a car designer/engineer
As a teenager, I wanted to be an actor/stand-up comic
Who would you consider as a role model?
Without a doubt, my mom.

The Scientist by Coldplay.

Neither… there is no glass.
